In addition to the normal threat of absenteeism that the flu may present amongst your staff during flu season, the severity of the 2009 H1N1 virus may pose a more serious danger, especially for those nonprofits whose staff members work with children on a regular basis.  The CDC recently released an article to provide guidance on helping childcare and early childhood programs respond to influenza during the 2009-2010 influenza season.
