Parniyan Hassanzai, Workers’ Compensation Consultant
Parniyan joined Chapman in 2007. She has brought with her 9 years of experience as a Claims Specialist, working at companies such as Liberty Mutual, Gallagher Bassett, and ICW. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA. She actively works with our clients to help them form an understanding of Workers' Compensation and target key areas where claims can be reduced and prevented in the future.

Toi Jackson, WCCP, Workers’ Compensation Consultant
Toi joined Chapman as a Workers’ Compensation Consultant for Southern California. She holds over twelve years of Workers’ Compensation experience with insured and self-insured programs. Toi was a Senior Claims Specialist for eight years at AIG Claims Services and Travelers Insurance. She has her Certificate of Self Insurance and has also earned her Certificate for the Insurance Education Association. Toi actively works with our clients to increase their understanding of Workers’ Compensation and target key areas where claims can be reduced and prevented in the future. She received her Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional designation in 2007.

Ariel Mayorga, ARM, Risk Management Consultant
Ariel recently joined Chapman as a Risk Management Consultant with over 16 years of experience at Safeco Insurance, Transamerica Insurance Group, Cal-Comp Insurance, AIG, and EBI/Royal. He has multiple lines of insurance loss control background, but his expertise is in Workers’ Compensation. He also worked as an independent contractor for Tangram-Community First and is quite knowledgeable of the nonprofit community. Ariel is fluent in Spanish and received his degree from CSU-Los Angeles in Business Administration. Ariel’s responsibilities at Chapman include loss control services to new and existing clients and helping them in identifying exposures and cost effective techniques to control them.
