Having worked in the insurance industry since 1991, Dawn brings to Chapman her vast experience in the assessment of clients needs. Diane started her career at Chapman in May of 2003 as the Receptionist. She quickly moved her way up and became a Client Advisor Assistant for the Small Business Unit in October of 2003. Diane received her Property & Casualty license in March of 2006 and was recently promoted again into the role of Small Business Client Advisor. She is currently pursuing her CISR designation.

Florence Thomas, Large Group Benefits Client Advisor
Florence joined Chapman in 2008 and is responsible for servicing mid- and large-size group clients. Her broad employee benefits experience includes over 15 years in human resources as a Sr. Benefits Specialist and in consulting/brokerage firms where she served as an account manager. She is a licensed broker/agent and has been self-employed as an independent insurance broker for the past 6 years. In that time, she also contracted with a national carrier as an enrollment consultant, specializing in consumer-driven health plan presentations to large group clients.

Prior to joining Chapman in 2008, Janis was responsible for marketing and servicing of the middle market and large risk management clients at Aon, Marsh and Willis, as well as underwriting at AIG. Janis is a licensed property & casualty agent and holds both an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) designation. Kimberly joined Chapman in April of 2001 after working at Sedgwick of California, Aon Risk Services and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Kimberly received a degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. She has also achieved the Associate in Risk Management designation and the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Kimberly specializes in medium- to large-sized clients with a focus on Medical Malpractice, Workers Compensation and General Risk Management.

Lisa is an account manager and supervisor of our Nonprofits First division. She started her insurance career with Chapman in 1981 and has worked as an account manager for the company since 1993 servicing small to large nonprofit accounts.. Lisa has also worked for an Excess & Surplus Lines broker as a Casualty Technical Assistant, servicing large municipality and hotel groups, and in the accounting department of another retail insurance brokerage. Lupita Santana joined Chapman in December of 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. Mary Ann Haggerty, AAI, CIC, Client Advisor
In 1979, Mary Ann began her insurance career at Chapman, and has since worked in all facets of the company, including underwriting, accounting, servicing and sales. She worked as an assistant to Terry Chapman during the formation of CMIC, a malpractice insurance company formed to insure nonprofit clinics, and subsequently served as Underwriter for the company. Mary Ann currently services twenty-five of our largest clients in Southern California, including clinics, children's residential facilities and centers for the developmentally disabled. She has received Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designations.
