Greg Chapman, ARM, CIC, President

Following in his father’s great legacy, Greg joined Chapman in February of 1997. As the President of Chapman, Greg actively manages the relationships with our insurance carriers and oversees our specialized insurance programs. He holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) degree, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Currently Greg is also an esteemed faculty member at The Center for Nonprofit Management in Los Angeles and Sacramento.  Prior to Chapman, Greg gained valuable experience working as an underwriter for Chubb Insurance and as a surplus lines casualty broker for Swett & Crawford. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a BA in International Political Economy and later received an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.

Terry Chapman, Founder

Terry Chapman has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in nonprofits since writing the first malpractice policy for Free Clinics in 1968. He is regarded as the authority on nonprofit insurance and coauthored the book, Am I Covered For ...? A Comprehensive Guide to Insuring Your Nonprofit Organization, which is often referred to as "The Nonprofit-Insurance Bible.” Terry has developed relationships with the largest nonprofit carriers and sits on the advisory boards of several of these companies. He is a faculty member at The Center for Nonprofit Management in Los Angeles. At Chapman, Terry is involved in account development, service, and advocacy for the nonprofit agencies. He is also on the board of the Chapman Charitable Foundation.
